Onboarding new data into QuNex

Prerequisites

You must run qunex create_study before this step.

Once the initial QuNex folder structure is set up, new data can be onboarded for further processing.

The following pages detail how to onboard data using specific supported input formats:

• DICOM data

• BIDS data

• HCP data
