HCP Longitudinal FreeSurfer

HCP Longitudinal FreeSurfer pipeline is implemented into QuNex via the hcp_long_freesurfer and the hcp_long_post_freesurfer commands. The command expects the first three HCP preprocessing steps (hcp_pre_freesurfer, hcp_freesurfer and hcp_post_freesurfer) to have been run and finished successfully.
