run_nil_folder

qx_utilities.general.fourdfp.run_nil_folder(folder='.', pattern=None, overwrite=None, sourcefile=None, _log=None)

run_nil_folder [folder=.] [pattern=OP*] [overwrite=no] [sourcefile=session.txt]

Run run_nil on all the subfolders that match the pattern.

Parameters

--folder (str, default '.'):

The base study sessions folder (e.g. WM44/sessions) where OP folders and the inbox folder with the new packages from the scanner reside.

--pattern (str, default 'OP*'):

Which sessionsfolders to match.

--overwrite (bool, default False):

Whether to overwrite existing (params and BOLD) files.

--sourcefile (str, default 'session.txt'):

The name of the session file.
