run_nil [folder=.] [overwrite=no] [sourcefile=session.txt]

Run NIL preprocessing script on the session data in the specified folder.

Parameters

--folder (str, default '.'):

The session folder where the session.txt file, nii and dicom folders reside.

--overwrite (bool, default False):

Whether to overwrite existing (params and BOLD) files.

--sourcefile (str, default 'session.txt'):

The name of the session file.

Notes

The function expects a folder structure where the session folder has session.txt file, a dicom folder with DICOM-Report.txt file and a nii folder with nii files. Runs NIL preprocessing script on the session data in specified folder. Uses session.txt to identify structural and BOLD runs and DICOM-Report.txt to get TR value. The processing is saved to a datestamped log in the 4dfp folder.
