prepare_slice_timing

qx_utilities.hcp.setup_hcp.prepare_slice_timing(jsonfile, slicetimingfile)

prepare_slice_timing jsonfile=<path to json file> slicetimingfile=<path to slice timing file>

Read the JSON sidecar file for slice timing information and prepare a slice timing txt file compatible with fsl slicetimer.

Parameters

--jsonfile (str):

A path to the JSON file that contains the slice timing information.

--slicetimingfile (str):

A path to the slice timing file to be created.

Notes

The function computes for each slice, what fraction of the TR the slice needs to be moved forward (positive fraction) or backwards in time (negative fraction) so that all the slices are aligned to the middle of the TR.
