# HCP task fMRI analysis

HCP task fMRI analysis is implemented into QuNex via the [`hcp_task_fmri_analysis`](../../api/gmri/hcp_task_fmri_analysis.rst) command. This command runs GLM analyses (either 1st or 2nd level) on HCP preprocessed data.
