# HCP Longitudinal FreeSurfer

HCP Longitudinal FreeSurfer pipeline is implemented into QuNex via the [`hcp_longitudinal_freesurfer`](../../api/gmri/hcp_longitudinal_freesurfer.rst) command. The command expects the first three HCP preprocessing steps ([`hcp_pre_freesurfer`](../../api/gmri/hcp_pre_freesurfer.rst), [`hcp_freesurfer`](../../api/gmri/hcp_freesurfer.rst) and [`hcp_post_freesurfer`](../../api/gmri/hcp_post_freesurfer.rst)) to have been run and finished successfully.
